It might seem a little too early to call it, but 18-year-old Tjitske Van Vark of Melbourne, Australia, has won Halloween this year. In Australia,
they have a lovely tradition known as "Muck Up Day," which requires high school seniors to dress up on their last day of school (it's spring in Australia currently) as a final, silly hurrah.
Vark, who describes herself on her Tumblr page as a "tired lesbian noodle," proved she had the best sense of humor and creativity around by choosing to dress up as "Sexy Gandalf." Suffice it to say, she really pulled the look off.
